Yelp Review:Simply Wonderful!! I unexpectedly had to spend the weekend in NYC. I brought our 75 lb yellow lab to Biscuits & Bath in Greenwich Village to board for two nights. After making the appointment I took a look at the reviews on Yelp. The number of negative reviews made me VERY nervous, but a family member had previously used Biscuits & Bath and was very satisfied. I was very satisfied as well. Upon our arrival, I was informed of an incident of an upper respiratory infection at the property. They informed me the sick dog had been removed from interacting with the other dogs and the facility had been thoroughly cleaned (I believed them because I could smell bleach). I cannot say enough about the professionalism exhibited by each and every employee I interacted with at Biscuits & Bath. Immediately upon my arrival I was greeted by someone at the desk, in addition to an additional employee who was present to accept the handoff of our dog. I had some billing and contact info which was specific to this visit. I was very pleased to find that not only did Biscuits & Bath remember that I had made the requests, but were followed to the letter - I WAS AMAZED. I was also very happy to have receive a very detailed email from the manager at Biscuits & Bath which updated me on how our pet's visit was going.
